Health Advice
Physio self referral
Phio is an online digital program designed to help you with your muscle and joint problems. These problems can often be helped with advice and exercise rather than waiting to see a Physiothereapist. Phio can provide this help straight away.
The Phyio app will ask questions to ensure it is safe to help you and an exercise programme with advice will be provided. It is overseen by a physiotherapy team and you will be able to contact a physiotherapist during working hours, for any guidance. They wil also direct you to your GP or another health professional if indicated.

If your symptoms do not improve using Phio, you can go on to self-refer to MSK Physiotherapy as normal using the online form Physiotherapy MSK Self-Referral Form
