You can now order your prescription online.   Don't have online access?  Please pop in to the surgery with proof of Identification and sign up for online access.

ONLY for those with no internet access please call your usual surgery telephone number.   Please call outside of peak surgery times. 

Please allow 48 working hours for collection.

Please keep a note of your personal computer number (this is the number on the top right-hand corner of the prescription counterfoil) and quote this number if you need to order prescriptions by telephone.

The local chemists organise a collection service for our patients. If you wish to take advantage of this service please contact the chemist of your choice and organise the collection of your prescription from the surgery.

Patients on repeat prescriptions will be invited to the surgery for periodic checks. The receptionist will inform you if a clinical check is due.
